INTRODUCTION

This policy is intended for everyone who uses our website oneupaffiliates.com including its sub-pages (“Website”), is an Affiliate in our Affiliate programs (or applies to become an Affiliate) or otherwise communicates with us. Please note that when you use the Flipside Affiliates sites for online gambling, the separate policies on such sites apply.
In this document we call each Flipside Affiliates legal entity “Flipside Affiliates” or “us”/“we” and we call you (a visitor/user of our site/Affiliate applicant/Affiliate etc.) “you”. The data controller is Flaming Dragon Ltd.
